PPC myHomeHeatPump+ is a new product by PPC aimed at residential customers who want to install a heat pump using the all-in-one PPC myEnergy HeatPump solution.
With myHome HeatPump+, you can earn a €500 bill credit as a reward for purchasing a heat pump through the myEnergy HeatPump solution. In addition, you benefit from:
- 5% discount on daytime energy supply rates for new customers
- Fast repayment of your investment
- Your electricity goes green with the integrated GreenPass service
- Flat pricing with no adjustment clause
- An additional 5% consistency discount on supply charges for the entire duration of the contract

The reward appears on the bill as "Reward-Incentive EA". It is required to activate the PPC myHome HeatPump+ electricity product. The customer can freely choose another PPC electricity product at any time during their contract (based on article 38 of Law 4951/2022)

What is the PPC reward for the purchase of a heat pump?
Understanding the cost of purchasing and installing a heat pump, as well as its contribution to the electrification of heating & cooling, environmental protection, and increased household energy efficiency, PPC rewards its customers who decide to invest in the installation of a heat pump in their home with a €500 bill credit. The reward is applied to the PPC electricity product bill.
Is it possible to receive the heat pump reward without first activating my Home HeatPump+ product?
The PPC myHome HeatPump+ electricity product must be activated to receive the reward. The customer can freely choose another PPC electricity product at any time during their contract (based on article 38 of Law 4951/2022).
Why is the myHome HeatPump+ product designed specifically for heat pumps?
The installation of a heat pump in a home raises the annual electricity consumption. The myHome HeatPump+ product is intended to charge a lower kWh rate for consumption that exceeds the average consumption of a home that does not have a heat pump. As a result, the extra resulting from the use of the heat pump is charged at a lower energy price.
What documents are required to receive the heat pump purchase incentive?
The documents required to activate the reward are:
- photocopy of invoice
- certificate of participation in the Financial Support Programme for a heat pump
