5.1 Type of bill

• ACTUAL: a bill that includes the value of the energy consumption of the entire metered consumption period (4-month or monthly), reduced by the amount already charged on the interim ESTIMATED bill. For beneficiaries of the Social Residential Tariff, the Actual Bill is calculated with the respective discount which is referred to as “SOCIAL TARIFF” on the bill.
• ESTIMATED: a bill that is calculated based on the customer’s electricity usage records, for example the electricity consumption for the respective period of the previous year and the estimated consumption of the current year
• EXCEPTIONAL: a bill issued outside regular metering dates (e.g., due to a bill correction).
• FINAL: The bill is issued after the termination of the Energy Supply Contract.
• CUSTOMER ESTIMATED: an estimated bill that is calculated based on the metering figures and consumption data provided by the customer.

5.2 Tariff
Type of Tariff (e.g., Γ1 Residential Tariff, Γ1Ν Residential Tariff, myHomeENTER, Business Γ21 etc) according to the agreed Energy Supply Contract. In cases of customers who have been included to the Registry of Vulnerable or have received the Social Tariff there is an extra indication depending on the induction category.

5.3. Address of the property

5.4. Next Metering
The arranged date of the next metering by HEDNO.

5.5. Supply Number
The supply number is a unique number for each property. For a prompt support, each time you contact PPC you are strongly advised to have your Supply Number in hand. The Supply Number is engraved on a metal label on the meter.

6.1 PPC Electricity Supply Charges
The total of electricity supply charges based on the consumed electricity and current pricelist. It includes, the cost and other PPC expenses for supplying energy to the customers as well as discounts, if any (SRT, CONSISTENCY DISCOUNT, ERT).

6.2. Regulated Charges
They are applied to all customers that use the National Electricity System, regardless of the chosen power supply provider. It includes the following charges: 
a) IPTO, Independent Power Transmission Operator charges,
b) HENDO, Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator charges,
c) Public Service Obligations (PSOs) and
d) RES Levy (ETMEAR) for the sustainable development of the green energy
e) Other Chargesd

6.3. Estimated Consumption
The amount of the Estimated bill that has been charged/credited

6.4. Various – Municipality - ERT
Various: Includes all various charges/credits for:
Α) the electricity, apart from the supply charges, the regulated charges, and the Estimated charges
Β) the charges that are attributed to the state
Municipality: Charges payable to third parties collected by PPC and attributed to the relevant institutions. The municipality charges (MT, MD, RET) are added on every bill regardless the type, Estimated or Actual.
ΕRΤ: It includes the respective duty to ΕRΤ S.A

6.5. VAT
The VAT that has been charged on the bill. Note that the Supply Charges, the Regulated Charges and the Excise Duty are subject to VAT charge whereas the Special Duty 5‰, the price roundups and charges payable to third parties (MT, MD, RET) are not subject to VAT.

7.1. Total amount due
The total amount of all bill charges as well as any previous outstanding balance.

7.2. Payment deadline
The final date until which you can pay the bill so that it is considered a timely payment.

7.3. Bill paid by the BANK NAME
It appears on customers who have activated the direct bank debit order.

8.1. Electricity Consumption: The total energy that has been consumed for the respective consumption period.

8.2. Consumption period and Days: Consumption period for which you are charged in the current bill. Below it is written the exact number of days for the consumption period.

8.3. Α/Α Bill and Issue Date: Both are tax voucher elements.
